Following up earlier reports that as of December 1, 2009 the mobile operators in Belgium would calculate a fee of € 0.20 per minute charge has been canceled, The various providers in Belgium have filed complaints against the allowance and while the complaint is still pending charges remain the same for both fixed and mobile.
